Cost plus one fee

You see every line. The salary, the social security, and one flat management fee per person per month. That is the whole bill.

The cost: The salary you agree with your hire, plus the employer share of NSSF and any statutory costs. We pass these through at cost. No markup.
The fee: One flat management fee per person per month. It covers the contract, payroll, compliance, and a registered office. It does not change with salary.
The invoice: One line for cost, one line for the fee, one total in US dollars. Paid monthly, in advance.
